 Nag-iisip ako kung ano ipo-post ko ngayon, since wala akong maisip dahil wala naman talaga akong maisip bakit pa nating kailangang pigain ang ating utak kung wala namang mapipiga?



 Anyway.. napansin ko sa YM, Friendster, Plurk at sa chatroom ng Rakista.com na malungkot sila dahil wala silang "date" , pero ang hindi nila alam na araw-araw po ay may date. Why are there bunnies and eggs at Easter?

Why is blue for boys and pink for girls?

In ancient times, it was believed that certain colours could combat the evil spirits that lingered over nurseries. Because blue was associated with the heavenly spirits, boys were clothed in that colour, boys then being considered the most valuable resource to parents. Although baby girls did not have a colour associated with them, they were mostly clothed in black. It was only in the Middle Ages when pink became associated with baby girls.

December Curse: Its Over! ... What's Next?

Sa wakas at natapos na ang malamig na Disyembre. Disyembre na puno ng kapighatian at kapaitan, kirot at hapdi sa pusong winasak ng panahon. Pusong nagkadurog-durog at nagkalasog-lasog.



Kamusta na yung mga tinamaan ng Sumpa ng Disyembre (December Curse)?

Bigyan muna natin ng kaunting pahapyaw kung ano itong December Curse?



Ayon sa aking dating entry..

"Eto yung time (December) na maraming naghihiwalay na magkasintahan unexpected or dahil hindi sila nagkaintindihan or naghiwalay sila ng wala lang or nagkasawaan na talaga. Ang resulta, malamig ang pasko"



 Tama na siguro yan wag na nating gatungan, bigyan ng standing ovation at emphasis pa kasi past is past let's move on na ok?



So, ano na nangyari sa mga na naapektuhan nito?

Ayon sa aking Theory ay namumuhay sila ngayon ng mapayapa at walang pinoproblema, basta ang mahalaga sa kanila ay nagagawa na nila ang gusto nila, malamang yung iba ay nag hair make over, nagpapa-spa at kung anu-ano pa, because they want to live to the fullest and iwanan ang nakaraan at masaya sila sa pagiging single ngayong January dahil iniwan na nila ang kanilang wasak na puso noong nakaraang taon at hindi na nila dinala sa panibagong taon.



Tatawagin ko silang mga "Single and Available but Not Interested", ayan na yung official status nila ngayon, hindi big deal sa kanila kung wala silang kasinatahan ngayon at malamang ayaw nilang pagusapan yung topic na iyon pag tinanong mo sila.

Why does water not calm the tongue after eating hot spicy food?

The spices in most of the hot foods that we eat are oily, and, like your elementary school science teacher taught you, oil and water don't mix. In this case, the water just rolls over the oily spices.

What can you do to calm your aching tongue? Eat bread. The bread will absorb the oily spices. A second solution is to drink milk. Milk contains a substance called "casein" which will bind to the spices and carry them away. Alcohol also dissolves oily spices.

Kagigising ko lang ng maisipan kong huwag munang tumutok sa PC. Dali-dali akong bumaba dahil ako'y naiihi na at nagugutom. Pagkatapos nun ay nakakita ako ng Pan de Sal sa lamesa at Lady's Choice Mayonnaise (Me-yo-neys International, Ma-yo-neis pag Pilipino). Since naubos ko kagabi yung Lady's Choice Sandwich Spread wala ng choice kung hindi i-palaman itong Lady's Choice Mayonnaise.



Binuksan, isinuksok ang kutsara, at ipinahid sa Pan de sal at sabay sinubo... mmmm.. anong sarap ang aking nadarama, bakit ganito kasarap ang mayonnaise? Bigla kong naalala yung catch phrase ng Lady's Choice Sandwich Spread na "Sweet yet Tangy, Creamy yet Chunky" na nakasulat sa likod ng bottle at ayun, tiningnan ko rin yung sa Lady's Choice Mayonnaise at lumaki ang aking mata sa aking nabasa, "Your pleasure in every bite" , no wonder kung bakit ganon ang nadarama ko pag isinasama ko yung mayonnaise sa pagkain ko ng kung anu-ano.



Nagdesisyon akong pumunta sa Puregold sa Monumento (since hindi pa reglar ang aming klase) para

humanap ng mga catch phrase ng Lady's Choice. Ako'y nanlumo at nawalan ng gana kasi pare-parehas na sila ng catch phrase, so, ayun nawala ang aking expectation at tingin ko nagkaroon ako ng sudden depression noong time na yun, kaya kumuha na lang ako mga makakain.



Naghahanap ako sa Grocery ng mga kakaibang paagkain at inumin yung tipong hindi ko pa nalalasahan. Napansin ko itong "Schweppes" isang Tonic Water-kuno at Samurai fish crackers (depress pa rin) at ayun pinapak ko na at pagtungga ko ng "Schweppes" ay parang pinunit ang aking lalamunan dahil siguro hindi sya malamig.



Pagkatapos kong papakin ang Samurai fish cracker at tunggain yung "Schweppes" tonic water, pumunta naman ako sa aking next stop. Um-order ako ng shawarma on rice for only P27 sa Rap-Rap's Shawarma ngunit naubos na daw ang rice nila kaya Shawarma on pita na lang for P35, so ayun inubos ko at hindi pa ako nakuntento, next is Master Siomai. Um-order ako ng Japanese siomai for only P27(4 pieces) at gulaman P8. Pagkatapos kong maubos ang Japanese siomai at gulaman bumili ako ng isang pirasong I-Cool (piso isa) at nagdesisyon ng umuwi.



Pagbaba ko ng jeep ay nagpaihaw ako ng 2 betamax (Tablets of Pig's Blood on Stick - tawag ko dun) at isang Isaw ng baboy at pagkatapos nun ay umuwi na ako sa aking bahay. Pagdating ko sa bahay ay nakita ko si Lady's Choice Mayonnaise sa lamesa na parang nakatitig sa akin, medyo naiilang pa ako sa kanya pero hindi ako nagalinlangan na salubungin sya ng mahigpit na hawak na merong pagmamahal. Kumuha ako ng kubyertos at plato para kumain ng aking hapunan isinama ko sa kanin at ulam si Lady's Choice Mayonnaise.... Kahit anong mangyari ikaw pa rin ang Mayonnaise ko. -Fin-
